Drive plate made of quality steel. These heavy-duty ground protectors can be used as underlay on construction sites, events, concerts, roads, bridge posts, etc. where you need a stable and safe underlay and want to protect the ground. The tiles can withstand high loads and are very durable. The maximum load is 180 tonnes*.
ArmorTrax® Heavy Metal is manufactured from Swedish ore in steel grades S235JR & J2+N and is load tested to a maximum load of 150* tonnes.
These drive plates are manufactured in Sweden and are offered in seven different sizes with optional extras such as lifting eyes in the middle and each corner. Steel driveway mats have been the standard choice for decades and are still the best option in some environments.
For car traffic, 20mm thick driveway mats are recommended. For heavier vehicles such as buses, cranes and covering holes/trenches, the thicker options of 25, 30, 40mm are recommended.
For optional lifting eyes there is an additional charge of 100 SEK/plate. Be sure to mention your wishes for optional extras before ordering.
