TempoTrax® Heavy Duty (20 pcs)

TempoTrax® Heavy Duty is made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is load tested to a maximum load of 80* tonnes on both flat and slightly uneven surfaces.

With hand holes at each end and attachment holes at each corner, the mats are manually handled and can be easily moved and installed by hand. Please see our selection of connection options. The blasted wear surface is designed and tested to provide the best grip on the market for rubber vehicle tyres. The sides of the mat also have two different grip surfaces – one for vehicles and one for pedestrians. Its unique design compensates for linear expansion/shrinkage of mats under extreme temperature changes.

The ground cover is made of compression-molded high-performance thermoplastic that is resistant to chemicals and oil and is UV-protected. They do not absorb moisture and are mildew resistant. Standard colour is grey/black (uncoloured, ‘natural’ recycled plastic).

TT Heavy duty is a cost-effective ground protection mat that is a perfect hybrid between budget mats and expensive driveway mats. They are somewhat flexible and adapt to the surface. It is our best-selling mat and, with its very long life, is also ideal for the rental industry. This is a flexible but durable mat for any project, long or short.
